Mon’s Approach

Monica has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for 22 years. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga Therapist and Registered Nurse.

Traditional Yoga was passed down from teacher to student through lineage. It is said that the teacher would appear when the student was ready. While times have certainly changed, Mon’s Yoga offers the benefit of lineage teachings while maintaining an intimate and deeper connection with each student. We encourage growth and embrace integrity within the practice and community over profit.

Whether you are seeking Private one on one lessons, Group Private Lessons or our small, intimate Group Yoga Classes; a stimulating flow practice, a static posture sequence or a relaxing meditation, Mon’s Yoga has you covered. Mon offers Heated or Room Temperature to meet your personal goals. We offer Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Guided Meditation, including Yoga Nidra. We have the options you need to balance your mind, body, spirit and your practice.
